Laura is a Registered Yoga Teacher who specializes in relaxation and stress reduction practices. She is certified in Meditation, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga and Restorative Yoga and Ayurveda.
Laura is a Registered Nurse and spends her free time walking, hiking or biking with her pugs, Lizzie and Jojo. You may also find her in the kitchen experimenting with new and exciting vegetarian recipes or digging in the dirt around the house. She has been an avid yoga practitioner since 2008.
